Crew SC's Kamara extends Golden Boot lead, sets record

Columbus Crew SC forward Kei Kamara celebrates after scoring

Now it's a fact: No one in MLS is safe from the goalscoring prowess of Columbus Crew SC's Kei Kamara.

The Sierra Leone international forward scored in the 43rd minute in CCSC's 2-1 loss vs. Portland Timbers on Saturday night (highlight embedded), becoming the first player in MLS history to score goals against 21 different clubs. He has now scored against all of the current clubs in MLS -- including four times against Columbus while playing for Sporting KC -- and now-defunct club Chivas USA.

Kamara's goal, his 22nd this season, extended his lead at the top of the MLS Golden Boot race to three over Toronto FC's Sebastian Giovinco.
