It was a star-studded MLS weekend in New York City, with Kaka’s Orlando City SC side facing off against New York City FC’s David Villa and Andrea Pirlo.
So why not throw Bono into the mix?
The U2 megastar met with Kaka before Orlando City would fall 5-3 to NYCFC in Sunday's Yankee Stadium showdown. He posted a photo of the two on his Instagram account, proclaiming himself a “Big Fan!”
It was a big weekend overall for Kaka as he was reunited with Pirlo, his former AC Milan teammate. He honored that moment, as well, on Instagram.
There will presumably more celebrity selfies from Kaka’s account forthcoming this week with the Brazilian star in Colorado for the 2015 AT&T All-Star Game.
