The battle for the top spot in Group C happens early Tuesday when Toronto FC (4 points) meet the New England Revolution (4 points).

Led by MLS is Back Tournament breakout star Ayo Akinola, who is tied for the tournament lead with five goals, Toronto FC defeated Canadian Classique rival Montreal in a seven-goal thriller after a wild opening draw with D.C. United. The Revs have been a bit more pragmatic during their time in Orlando, defeating the Impact, 1-0, before drawing D.C. United, 1-1.

Toronto FC

Toronto FC have been one of the most entertaining teams in Orlando and that's without star striker Jozy Altidore playing a single minute. His understudy has stepped up as the Reds' star with the 20-year-old Akinola becoming the third youngest player in league history, behind Kekuta Manneh and Cyle Larin, to bag a hat trick. All eyes will certainly be on Akinola to see what he can do next.

New England Revolution

While Akinola is scoring at a tournament best rate in his young career, the Revs, collectively, have struggled to put away their chances, something Bruce Arena bemoaned following their latest 1-1 draw against D.C. United.

That said, if not for an ill-advised pass in his defensive third that Federico Higuain picked off en route to netting the equalizer, New England would be atop the group with six points. Will a different XI have better fortunes against Toronto TC?
