Vancouver Whitecaps unveil new-look primary jersey for 2015 MLS season

You may have noticed that the Vancouver Whitecaps have been playing in their dark blue away shirt during the 2015 preseason thus far.

That is likely about to change.

On Monday the club unveiled its new 2015 primary shirt
on a local morning show, CTV Morning Live
, showcasing some fresh art across the jersey's uppper chest: a series of peaks, in various shades of blue,

mirroring those that make up the Whitecaps club logo and evoking the distinctive mountains located around the city.

The Whitecaps club slogan "Our All. Our Honor." is now located in two spots on the jersey: It's embossed on the lower left hip and it's printed on the inside necktape.

On the back of the jersey are the words "Since 1974," a reminder of the club's history spanning 41 years.

Season ticket members will get the first crack at buying the new shirt at a March 2 season launch party. It's available to the general public the following day online and at the club's official store.
