AT&T Goal of the Week: Week 11

Week 11 of the Major League Soccer season featured a slew of late, game-changing goals, with a pair now nominated for AT&T MLS Goal of the Week.

Philadelphia midfielder Zach Pfeffer’s cathartic stoppage time winner in the Union’s dramatic 1-0 win over D.C. United and Khiry Shelton’s late equalizer in 10-man New York City FC’s 2-2 draw against the Chicago Fire are both up for the award.

They’re joined in the running by Toronto FC star Michael Bradley, Orlando City SC midfielder Eric Avila and Real Salt Lake forward Devon Sandoval. Bradley is nominated for his brilliant solo run and finish in TFC’s 1-1 draw at New England, Avila is up for his punctuation of a fantastic team move in Orlando’s 4-0 romp against LA, and Sandoval is in the chase for his curling chip in RSL’s 4-1 loss at Montreal.

Which goal is your favorite? Vote now – the winner will be announced on Friday.

Voting runs until 11:59 pm PT on Thursdays. For complete coverage of the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week – including an archive of all of this season’s nominees and winners – click here.
