AT&T Goal of the Week: Week 22

With 41 goals scored in Week 22, it was tough to pick out five that stood above the rest. It will be even tougher to pick the winner of AT&T Goal of the Week.

Of the five nominees, two came from D.C. United, who scored a total of six in a 10-goal extravaganza against Real Salt Lake. One came off the left foot of Taylor Kemp, who got all of a volley from outside the box to put it past Jeff Attinella into the top corner of the net. The other also came off a left foot, this one belonging to Nick DeLeon. The midfielder cut inside on his weaker foot and curled one around Attinella to put the icing on the cake for United.

In Seattle, the Vancouver Whitecaps rode defender Pa Modou Kah to a 3-0 victory. Kah's second goal, a backheel that got past Stefan Frei, is nominated this week.

Brothers hooked up for a faboulous goal at PPL Park as new arrival Shaun Wright-Phillips fed his brother, Bradley Wright-Phillips, in the box for a clinical finish that was the game-winner for the Red Bulls.

In the first game of the day on Saturday, Ignacio Piatti scored the Montreal Impact's second goal after Andres Romero chipped him a ball over the top of the New York City FC defense. Piatti deftly chipped the ball over Josh Saunders to give the Impact a 2-0 lead.
